Thomas D. Bak, 46, of Sioux Falls, SD passed away August 20, 2006 at VA Regional Medical Center in Sioux Falls.
Funeral services will be Friday, August 25, 2006 at the Hansen Funeral Home in Irene. Burial will follow in Meldal Cemetery rural Irene, with military graveside rites by Hall Thompson Post # 193 of Irene.
He is survived by his loving family; mother Linda Bak, two brothers Lamonte (Judy) Bak and Tod Bak, of Yankton, three sisters; Janel (Greg) Putnam, Jolene (Sean) Lyons, all of Yankton, Tammy (Chris) Welsh of Seattle, WA, adopted brother Jordan Bak of Yankton, grandmother Martha Soeth of Irene, and many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother Alvin and Berdell Bak.
