RACINE—Janice Marie, nee: Felbob, 84, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, after a brief illness, at Ascension All Saints Hospital.

Janice was born on November 15, 1933 in Racine, WI to Veda and Harry Felbob. She attended, and graduated from Wm Horlick High School. On April 17, 1953, Janice wed Keith Hammill and had three daughters. She was mostly a stay at home mom, where she honed her skills at cooking, sewing, knitting, crocheting, ceramics, needlework, and her flower garden.

Jan was widowed at age 44, losing Keith in a tragic car accident. She then wed Marshall Lee, Jr. and moved to Arbor Vitae, WI, where they owned the Arbor Vitae Motel for several years, eventually returning to Racine.

Janice is survived by her three daughters, Debby (Scott) Yocco, Diana Kaestner, and Michelle (Steve) Ryder; grandchildren, her pride and joy, Tony (Kristi) Yocco, Nic (Danelle) Yocco, Alex and Carly Trossen, and Haley and Jeff Kaestner Jr; step-grandchildren, Jake, Samantha, and Mitch Ryder; great grandchildren, Brayden, Taylor, Christian, Jordan, Abigail, and Ana Louisa Yocco. She is further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith Hammill; parents, Harry and Veda Felbob; grandson, Tyler Trossen and her beloved Sheltie, Annie.

A celebration of Life service will be held at Sturino Funeral Home on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11 a.m. There will be a visitation at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
We would like to give a heartfelt thank you to the staff on CVI, 5th floor and ICU for their compassionate care of Janice and her family during this difficult time. We would also like to thank Dick Kehl for the wonderful companionship that he gave Janice,words cannot express our gratitude.
