Louise E. Coleman, 96, Anderson, passed away May 28, 2007, at Countryside Manor after an extended illness.
She was born April 30, 1911, in Brazil, the daughter of John and Anna (Ehrlich) Eberle. She lived most of her life in Anderson.
Louise retired in 1976 from Delco Remy after 30 years. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and enjoyed knitting, crocheting and reading.
She is survived by her son, James Gillaspy of Anderson; daughter, Anne Gillaspy of Chicago; sister, Frances Watkins of Louisville, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, John Eberle, Charles Eberle and Walt Eberle; and three sisters, Rose Sutherland, Katherine Sanders and Marie Wright.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home with the Rev. Hervey Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
