Mary Ann Skarovsky Mutter, 77, of Canyon Lake, Texas, passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Edenhill Communities. She was born to John Skarovsky in Bridgeport, West Virginia on February 4, 1941. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Skarovsky and Ruby Ellie; and great-grandson, Zander Gomez. She is survived by her husband, John A. Mutter of Canyon Lake; son, Lance Evan Pospisil and wife Donna of Austin; daughter, Kathleen Patricia Pospisil of Austin; step-daughter, Stephanie D. Mutter-Smolinski of Perryville, MD; grandchildren, Peyton Thomas Lawrie of Dolores, CO; Darian Gomez and husband Jorge of Austin, Texas, Lance E.Pospisil, II, of Austin, Elizabeth Smolinski and Jameson Smolinski; brothers, James Skarovsky and wife Lynn of New Braunfels, Raymond Mutter and wife Gail of Pioneer, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Zoeller Funeral Home with a private committal service to be held in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
