Born Bryan Moore, adopted in 1935 by actor, Ben Lyon, and actress, Bebe Daniels. Brother of Barbara Lyon. Acted in a number of films in the 1940s & 50s. The Lyon family became England's version of Ozzie & Harriet with Life with the Lyons. Beginning on radio in 1950, 'Life with the Lyons' ran on TV for five seasons (1955-1960). Richard made a pop record for Fontana with two tracks in 1959. 'Private Eye', a Rock & Roll Teen track and 'All My Own'. Richard became a photographer for the British Film Institute. In his later years he moved to Wales, working for a charity.
