Now reunited with her husband of 70 years, Don Conde, we celebrate the life of Billie Ann. Her home was her domain. Billie was an accomplished cook, seamstress, knitter and crocheter. Along with ensuring a neat and clean house, she also ensured a neat and clean husband. She loved politics, as a democrat, republican, and ultimately, an independent. She was strong in her beliefs and opinions, never willing to compromise. She was an one of a kind person who wanted the best in everyone. We love you and may you rest in paradise. Billie is survived by her sons, Don Conde Jr. of Independence, CA and Ed Conde of Victorville, CA. She also leaves behind 5 grandkids, 7 great-grandkids, and multiple great-great-grandkids. She also leaves her younger brother John Ritchey (Dorothy) of Santa Cruz, CA. Services will be held at Desert View Memorial Park in Victorville, CA on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. Family viewing will be at 2pm, followed by a graveside service at 3pm. Reception will follow at a local restaurant. The service will be officiated by Rev. Glenn Hoskins from United Methodist Church in Pearlblossom, CA.
