Eileen J. Iverson, 86, of Langdon, ND, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at Maple Manor Care Center in Langdon, ND.

Eileen June Klein was born June 26, 1932, in Henderson Township to Alex and Edna (Beisel) Klein. She attended school at Rosehill, Alsen, and Munich. Eileen then attended Mayville State Teachers College and Tabor College. She then taught country school in Harvey Township.
On June 16, 1961, she married John Iverson at the Rosehill Church in Munich, ND. After their marriage they lived and farmed in West Hope Township until they moved to Langdon in 1966. They were members of the Emmanuel Evangelical Church.

She is survived by her children: Joneen Iverson (Eric Tweton) of Grand Forks, ND, Jayna (Ed) Hoffarth of Langdon, ND, Jon (Carissa) Iverson of Langdon, ND; grandchildren: Hayden and Reese Hoffarth, Jakob, Marcus, and Maggie Iverson; sisters Joyce (Gary) McFarlane and Marilyn Wallace; and brother-in-law Bill Unruh.

Preceding her in death were her parents, husband John, son Jodean, and sister Vergeane Unruh.

Funeral service: Saturday, March 30, 2019, at the Emmanuel Evangelical Church, Langdon, ND.
Burial at Vang Cemetery.
