Ronald Dean Pullum, 70, of Newburgh, IN, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. He was born December 6, 1948 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, Indiana, along with his identical twin brother, Donald Pullum, to parents, Oscar and Marie Pullum.

He belonged to Boonville Worship Center, where his son Scott Pullum is Pastor. Ronald served in the U.S. Army from 1967-1969. He worked at Alcoa for over 30 years. He loved boating, horses, motorcycle riding and spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Jim Pullum and Donald Pullum.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sharon (Norrick) Pullum; children, Scott Pullum (Lorie) and Lisa Rathgeber (Tharon); grandchildren, Lorin Pemberton (Josh), Sierra Tison (Jacob), Jacob Pullum (JacquelynAnn), Clint Davis (Stephanie), Whitney Gowan (Laz), Emilee Rathgeber (Cameron), and Kylee Rathgeber; great-grandchildren, Selah, Miles, Levi and Zoey; brother, Brian Pullum (Sarah); sister, Frieda Smitha (Danny); sisters-in-law, Carlotta Pullum and Paula Pullum; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Alexander Newburgh Chapel officiated by Reverend Scott Pullum with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday and 9:00 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home. Military Honors will be performed at the cemetery by American Legion Kapperman Post 44.
