Jule J. Bader, 82, 1133 Day St., died Sunday evening at the home of his son at Legend Lake.
The son of the late Steven and Sylvia Bader was born in Dyckesville and married the former Olive LaLuzerne 57 years ago.
Mr. Bader served in the Armed Forces in World War I and was wounded in action in the Meause Aragone Offensive. He received the Silver Star for gallantry in action.
He was employed by the Northern Division of American Can Co. until retirement 16 years ago. Mr. Bader was a member and past-commander of the Disabled American Veterans, the Veterans of World War I and the Military Order of the Purple Heart. He was also a member of SS. Peter and Paul Benevolent Society.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Quinton and Jules, both of Green Bay; Mike, Legend Lake; one foster son, Robert Lewis, Legend Lake; two daughters, Mrs. Arlene Sulk and Mrs. Clifford (Lorraine) Noth, both of Green Bay; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Malcore Funeral Home, University Ave. at Baird St., after 4 today. Veterans of World War I memorial service 7 tonight. Disabled American Veterans and the Military Order of the Purple Heart memorial service 7:30 this evening.
