Jimmy leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life, his loving wife Amanda Bernard of Arnaudville, LA; his children, Jimmy Bernard, Jr., Skylar Bernard and Angel Bernard; brothers, Gene Bernard, Don Bernard and Brian Bernard and one sister; Resa Richard.
Jimmy eagerly anticipated and was the expectant grandfather of a grandchild to be born in August. He was the proud uncle of a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.
Mr. Bernard was preceded in death by his father,Emery Bernard; mother, Cynthia Bernard and a brother, Lucas Bernard.
