Lorain-Marlean Denise Henderson-Gage, 54, of Lorain, Ohio passed away Thursday May 28, 2015 in Mercy Regional Medical Center unexpectedly.
She was born November 22, 1960 in Carthage, Tenn., and had been a lifelong resident of Lorain. She graduated from Lorain Admiral King High in 1980.
She was a member of Living Word Church of Lorain.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking, taking care of children, traveling and spending time with family.
She leaves to cherish her memory by her husband, Dwane A. Gage; Five children; Markiyo Henderson, Dwayne A. Henderson (Veanna), Kyanne Gage and Isiah Gage, all of Lorain; Alicia M. Gage of Columbus, Ohio; Two brothers, Thurston V. Henderson (Bernice) and Terrance C. Henderson, both of Lorain; Two sisters, Rayner Bea Henderson-Ende (James) of Columbus, Ohio, and Wanda K. Henderson of Madison, Alabama; and her Aunt Doris Webb of Memphis, Tennessee; 10 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Marlene was preceded in death by her father, Joseph B. Henderson her mother, Mary Love David-Henderson, her sister, Marion Richard and brother, Joseph B. Henderson, Jr.
Visitation will be held Saturday, June 6, 2015 from 11:00 AM until time of services at 1:00PM at Living Word Church 658 East Erie Ave, Lorain with Elder ray Robinson Jr. Pastor, officiating.
