A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 15, 1995, in Rose City Cemetery and Funeral Home.
Mr. Yager died April 12 at age 89.
Born Oct. 2, 1905, in Portland. He graduated from Commerce High School, now Cleveland.
Mr. Yager retired as superintendent after 37 years with M&M Woodworking Co. He then worked for Medak and Charles Case realty companies.
He was a member of Rose City Methodist Church.
Mr. Yager's wife, Emma Schimpf Yager, died in June 1992. They had been married 66 years.
Survivors are his daughters, Elaine Akins of Pendleton and Geraldine Amburgey of Redmond, Wash.; brother, Henry Yeager of Los Angeles; sister, Mary Gillson of Portland; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Interment in Rose City Cemetery .
