Mrs. Sarah J. Kollar, aged 93, of 2505 Lawton street, died in her home at 2:45 p. m. Friday after two years' illness. She was born in Portage Prairie July 8, 1845, and lived all her life in this county. She was married in Portage Prairie in 1862 to Josiah E. Kollar, a civil war veteran. He preceded her in death. She leaves two sons, James H. and Thomas U. Kollar, this city, and two daughters, Mrs. Alice Enyart and Mrs. Irene M. Kaser, South Bend. Friends will be received in the Forest G. Hay chapel until the funeral there at 2 p. m. Monday. Rev. Cecil Franklin, pastor of Indiana Avenue Christian church, will officiate and interment will be in Southlawn cemetery.
