She was born in Three Rivers, Tx on January 28, 1934 to Gerhard Heinen and Irma Braune Heinen.
Jean married Hugo Buehring on May 30, 1954 at the Lutheran Church in Ray Point, Tx.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hugo R. Buehring; Son, Gerhard Louis Buehring and his wife Linda; Sisters, Joyce Liska, Mabel Kotara and brother, Johnnie Heinen.
She is survived by her daughter, LaVonne Buehring Johnson and husband George; son, Hugo Robert Buehring, Jr. and wife Dana; grandchildren, Eric Johnson and wife Kristin, Errol Johnson and wife Diane, Brent Buehring and wife Courtney, Cinnamon Buehring Woody and husband Tyler, and Desiree Buehring; sisters, Dora White, Mary Jane Heinen, Ruby Pugh, Helen Goynes. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Ethan Johnson, Darby Johnson, Emilie Johnson, Dawson Buehring and Kimber Buehring.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2019 at Rhodes Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Kenedy.
Burial to follow at New Bremen Cemetery.
