MRS.LUCINDA BEAL, 81, DIES AT VANDERBILT
Mrs. Luclnda Bittner Beal, 81 years, three months and seven days old, died suddenly Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home of her son-in-Iaw, Lewis Marotti, at Vanderbilt, from a heart attack. She became seriously ill Friday night.
Mrs. Beal, a native of Somerset county, had been residing at Vanderbilt for about seven years. She is survived by two children, Harry of Brownsville and Mrs. Iva Cook of Vanderbilt. Her husband, John Beal, a Civil War veteran, died about 40 years ago.
The funeral service was held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Marotti home, with Rev. Dr. David R. Graham, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal Church of Connellsvllle, officiating. Interment was made in Donegal Cemetery in charge of Funeral Director Frank B. Galley.
