Panguitch, Utah — Norman Kent Bailey, 62, of Panguitch, Utah, passed away July 3, 2007, in Salt Lake City. He was born June 10, 1945, in Burley, Idaho, to Norman Rodrick and Letta Mae Speers Bailey. He married RoZanne Allen in Idaho Falls in 1981. They later divorced in 1988. He then married Denise Thomson in Alberta, Canada, in 2000.
Kent's greatest love was the gospel of Jesus Christ. He served an LDS mission to Brazil and has since, served in several capacities. His quiet dignity and example will always be remembered. Kent had a love for singing and shared his talents with others. His family was his great treasure and he will be loved and missed by all.
He is survived by his wife, Denise, Panguitch; children, Mervin Bailey, Florida; Ethan (Liz) Bailey, Burley, ID; Camille (Kelly) Hanks, Burley, ID; step-children, Rick (Amber) Thomson, Menifee, CA: Melinda Maureen, Seattle, WA; Vicki Callaway, Norco, CA; Michael Callaway and Shawna Callaway, Panguitch; eight grandchildren; parents; brothers and sisters, Ron (Mary) Bailey, Sandy; Chad (Susan) Bailey, Burley, ID; Vaughn (Joni) Bailey, Burley, ID; Renae (Mark) Neilson, Big Fork, MT; Gina (Jim) Voss, Burley, ID.
