Ray Mohler Jr., 67, of Glendale, Ariz., formerly of Johnson County, died Friday, June 5, 1992, in Maryvale Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Ariz. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in New Salem Cemetery in Creal Springs. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Mohler was retired from Union Oil Co. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II. He was born May 25, 1925, in Creal Springs to Ray and Bessie (Cavitt) Mohler.
Survivors include one son, Andy Mohler of Scott Air Force Base; one sister, Florence Sanders of Zephyrhills, Fla.; two aunts, Dimple Lashbrook of Pekin and Helen Upperdine of Zeigler; and one uncle, Frank Cavitt of Marion.
His parents preceded him in death.
