Stage actress and daughter of Frank Keenan and Katherine Agnes Long, she appeared on Broadway in 1910's ‘Molly May' with James E. Sullivan and Eva Fallon. Frances was married to Major Frank A. Sloan who died in 1932 and is interred at Arlington National Cemetery. The couple had four children, two boys and two girls. Her sister Hilda, was the wife of actor Ed Wynn.
