Graveside services for Mrs. Rebecca Sue Wilson, age 61, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at Big Creek Cemetery in Pollock, Louisiana with Reverend Anthony Mangun officiating.
Mrs. Wilson, of Alexandria, Louisiana entered eternal rest on Monday, March 23, 2020 at Matthews Memorial Health Care in Alexandria surrounded by her loving family. Rebecca Wilson was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a life long member of The Pentecostals of Alexandria where she was very involved in the different ministries of the church. Mrs. Wilson worked faithfully with the church bereavement care ministry for 30 years, taught Sunday school for the "two year old" class for 27 years, worked with 24 hour prayer ministry, coordinated communion preparation for several years and just loved her POA church.

Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Yvonne Bittner; a son, Jeremy Wilson and a brother, Phillip Bittner.
Mrs. Rebecca Wilson is survived by her husband of 39 years, Jeff Wilson of Alexandria; two daughters, Bethany Wilson and Alyssa Wilson of Alexandria; a sister, Donna Bittner of Alexandria; her stepmother, Ophelia Bittner of Alexandria; two uncles, David Nichols (Paulette) of Lake Charles and Kirby Hudson (Lorecce) of Tioga and a host of friends.
The Wilson family wishes to thank Christus Cabrini Hospital, Dubuis Long term care facility, Matthews Memorial, Guardian Hospice, Staci Saucier and Twyla Lewis for all the love, care and compassion showed to Mrs. Wilson over the past several months.
In lieu of flowers, memorial maybe made to the Bereavement Ministry in Rebecca's memory at Pentecostals of Alexandria, 2817 Rapides Ave, Alexandria, LA 71301.
