He is the son of S.S. and Ida Weaver.
He married Ethel (Mathias) Guber. After the early death of Ethel, Mr. Weaver married Dora Detwiler Mathias at Olathe on September 12, 1920.
He was a member of Carrollton, Missouri Presbyterian Church and had been a member of Wakanda Lodge No. 52, A.F.&A.M. for 41 years.
Surviving are the widow, one step-daughter, Mrs. Clarence F. Prager, 1146 S. Main; two grandchildren, and three brothers, Harry, Oregon; Earl, Missouri; and Edward, Carrollton, MO.
Services will be held at the Lamb Funeral Home Wednesday at 10 a.m. Burial will be at Carrollton.
