He was a man of many skills. He enjoyed working with his hands, be it, repairing cars or doing home improvements/remodeling. Amazingly he always had all the right tools and knowledge to get any job done. Going for rides with him was always an adventure, along the way he would point out Churches, Banks, and Schools and other buildings that he had work on. With the arrival of Spring, you could always find him in the garden, preparing for his harvest of vegetables and flowers.
Daddy was a humble man and loving as a father and Paw-Paw. He never liked to be the center of attention, unless it was on his birthday when he was showered with
gifts. In life and now in death, he wouldn't want us to focus on him. We wouldn't want us to focus on the sadness of his death, but instead focus on the happiness in
our lives.
