Shares headstone with mother Ida Mae and step father/adopted father Thomas R. Martin. John was born while Thomas and Ida were married, but isn't Thomas' son. I've been told by his half brother (who is still living and a find a grave contributor), that Ida and Thomas never divorced and that it's a "long story". I will leave it up to the living son to tell the story if he ever so wishes. John's biological father is "buried elsewhere".
