Mr. and Mrs. Bernick were united in marriage in Russia in 1907. The 1920 Mr. Bernick came to America and settle immediately in Mount Union, his wife joining him there three years later. She was a member of the Greek Russian Orthodox Church and of the National Slovak Union and Providence Association.
Mrs. Bernick was a kind mother and a good neighbor. During her residence in Mount union she had made many friends who are grieved at her passing.
Members of the family include her husband and four children: Mrs. Paul Volosuk, Anna, Michael and Anthony Bernick, all of Mount Union. There are two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in the Russian Orthodox Church in Mount union on Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock, with the Rev. Vaslie Pavaloff officiating. Burial will be made in the church cemetery by Clark's funeral service.
