Mrs. O. W. Lowry. A private cablegram announces the death at Freiburg, Baden, last Friday, of Mrs. O. W. Lowry, wife of Lieut. O. W. Lowry, of the United States Navy. Lieutenant and Mrs. Lowry sailed from New York three weeks ago last Saturday. Mrs. Lowry died from the effects of an operation to remove a tumor. Lieutenant Lowry will sail for New York with the body next Saturday. Mrs. Lowry was born in Baltimore, and was Miss Clara K. Heyen, only daughter of the late Ibo T. Heyen, and niece of Mr. Edward Raine, proprietor of the German Correspondent, and of the late Col. Frederick Raine.
