PERRYTON - Edith Philipp, 86, died Tuesday, Jan. 13, 1998.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ted Latham officiating. Burial will be in Ochiltree Cemetery.
Mrs. Philipp was born in Ochiltree County and was a lifetime resident of the area.
She married Carl Bernhard Philipp in 1943 at Perryton. He died in 1994.
Mrs. Philipp was a homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, Bernhard Philipp of Perryton, Jerry Philipp of Clovis, Calif., and Alvin Philipp of Hesperia, Calif.; a sister, Mary Newman of Claude; three brothers, Dan Newman of Balko, Okla., Nathan Newman of Gainesville, and Jerome Newman of Birmingham, Ala.; five grandsons; and a granddaughter.
The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity.
