KISSNER, CARLTON G., 82, of 209 River Road N., New Port Richey, died Friday (Sept. 12, 1975). He was a native of Ohio and came here 31 years ago from Dayton. He was a retired engineer, former owner of the Palm Harbor Water Service and a member of the Community Congregation Church of New Port Richey. Survivors include his wife Josephine; a son, Carlton, Dearborn, Mich., two daughters, Mrs. Trudy Bullard, Olean, Mo., and Mrs. Gene Miller, Middletown, Ohio; a brother, Robert, Honolulu, Hawaii; a sister, Mrs. Mildred White, Champaign, Ill.; and seven grandchildren.
Burial will be in Sylvan Abbey, Clearwater.
