He was born on July 21, 1961 in Ashland, Kentucky, a son of the late John William Blevins and Willadean Johnson Blevins.
Kevin was a retired auto body repairman having worked at Bentley’s Body Shop in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and he enjoyed riding motorcycles and fishing.
He was dearly loved by his family and many friends and they will miss him dearly.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Dana Blevins.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Riddle Blevins, one son, Jeremiah Scott Blevins, one sister, Debbie Fraley and her husband, Bryan, one brother, Johnny Ivan Blevins and three granddaughters, Skylan Stevens, Brena Humphreys and Tyranny all of Carter County and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 14, 2020 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Morehead with Brother Joseph Riley officiating.
Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery at Soldier.
Visitation is after 12:00 Noon Friday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Jeremiah Blevins, Dana Mocabee, Jonathan Mocabee, Michael Gregg, Davey Stallard, Shawn Brown and Darrel Fannin.
