Chris fought hard each day of his life. He taught us unconditional love and patience. Though physically handicapped, his spirit was strong. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
Survived by his parents, sister, Rachel Ehrhardt, brother, Matt Bush, Alaska, and grandmother, Elaine Fontana, of Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by grandfather, Ted Fontana.

Burial will be 17 June 1999, 11 a.m. at Wasatch Lawn Memorial, 3300 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, UT. Memorial services will be held 20 June 1999 at 7 p.m. in the Butler 27th LDS Ward, 1845 E. 7200 S., Salt Lake City, UT. Cannon Mortuary Funeral Directors.
