Tracy K. (Dolby) Seagriff, 60, of Frazer Township, died Sunday, April 25, 2021, at Allegheny Valley Hospital, with her family by her side after a brave battle with cancer. She was born Oct. 21, 1960, in Natrona Heights, to the late Melvin L. "Mel" and Alberta L. "Al" (Myers) Dolby. Tracy grew up in Tarentum and attended Highlands High School and obtained her GED in 1992. While her husband was deployed to Germany, she was a supervisor of the Army/Air Force Exchange Service. Tracy was a passionate animal lover and had many pets in her lifetime. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with her family. She was of the Methodist faith and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Brackenridge. Tracy was a proud Pittsburgh sports fan. Survivors include her fiance, David J. Parker, with whom she lived, her siblings, Eric M. (Donna) Dolby, of New Kensington, Jason C. Dolby, of New York, Linda L. (Timothy) Matarrese, of New Kensington, Sheryl A. (Jack) Bialas, of Frazer, Constance R. (Kevin Courdiet) Watson, of Tarentum, and Susan Dolby, of Tarentum; and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Seagriff Jr., Aug. 14, 1988, and her sister, Patricia M. Wolfe; her brother-in-law, Joseph Castro III; and her nephew, Anthony Joseph Castro, Feb. 7, 1979. Following Tracy's request, all viewing and services were private. Arrangements were entrusted to the SIWICKI-YANICKO FUNERAL HOME, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer Township. She will be privately laid to rest with her parents and husband.
