Janet Lee Terkeurst, 68, passed away October 13th [2020] at Methodist Hospital due to complications from a prolonged illness. She was the wife of Melvin Earl Terkeurst Jr. They shared 35 years of marriage together. Born in Evansville, IN, Janet grew up in Louisville, KY. She was the only child of Paul & Jean Turnbloom. Janet is survived by her husband, Melvin; sons, Stephen and Richard; and grandchildren: Ethan, Leon, Cameron and Connor. Cremation without a memorial service was Janet’s preference as her soul and spirit have gone on to her eternal reward. In lieu of flowers, gifts to the less advantaged and acts of kindness are requested. May the Lord God bless and comfort all who are mourning Janet.
