Myra Lea Ruediger, 78, of Berger, MO, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at her home.
Myra was born in Berger, Missouri on March 10, 1942, the daughter of the late Mack H. & Eileen (LaBoube) Groner.
She was the wife of Lloyd M. Ruediger. They were united in marriage on April 11, 1964, at St. Paul's Church, Berger, MO. Lloyd survives her at the home.
Myra is also survived by three children, Greg Ruediger & wife Michelle, of Hermann, Missouri; Rick Ruediger & wife Pam, of New Haven, Missouri; and Lisa Schaeffer & husband Chris, of Hermann, Missouri; a sister, Lois Jean Kappelmann & husband Arvil, of Washington, Missouri; a brother, H. Wayne Groner & wife Cindy, of Berger, Missouri; by her grandchildren, Brady Ruediger & wife Christin, of Hermann, MO; Austin Ruediger & fiance Chelsea Webster, of Hermann, MO; Kyle Ruediger & fiance Amanda Lauer, of Washington, MO; and Kate Ruediger, of New Haven, MO; and by four great grandchildren, Myra, Kylee, Baylee and Skylar.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister Ruth Meyer, and a brother Orval Lee Groner.
Myra was a member of St. Paul's Church, Berger, St. Ann Ladies Sodality and Berger Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.
Myra had worked as a waitress for Mack's Cafe in Berger, Rivertown Restaurant in Hermann and Irene's Cafe in New Haven. She enjoyed going to the New Haven Senior Center where she also volunteered. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and she enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune.
Visitation will be held Monday, December 28th from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, New Haven.
A funeral mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul's Church, Berger, Missouri, with Father John Deken officiating.
