Hans Hauser

82, of Bellevue, WA, passed away on the 13th of October, 2012. He was born in Zurich Switzerland on February 2, 1930. Hans served a four year apprenticeship with Swiss Air, and received a BA from Long Beach College, in California. He married Lena Hauser and had a career in aviation with Swiss Air. Hans was a member of the 1st United Methodist Church of Bellevue, and Seattle Swiss Society, and had a passion for classical music, golfing, skiing, tennis and sailing. He was predeceased by his first wife, Lydia, in 1994. He is survived by his wife Lena of Bellevue, son Peter Hauser (Judy), and Michael Hauser. Grandchildren Henry & Lydia Hauser; Lena's children Magnus Andersson, and Ingela Andersson of Seattle, WA; a brother Max Hauser of Germany; sisters Doris Baumgartner of Houston, Texas; Ester Triet; sister-in-law Brigitte Hauser, and Nephew Hans Peter Hauser all of Switzerland; as well as many friends. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, October 20, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Bellevue, WA, 1934 108th Avenue Northeast, Bellevue, WA 98004. Sunset Hills Funeral Home of Bellevue has been entrusted with arrangements.
