Juliette Brannon Morgan, 83, of 337 Grover Rd., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2003. She was born March 7, 1919 in Gwinnett County and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Keith Loveless Sunday School class and the Polk Retired Teachers Association, having served as an educator for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd C. and Vivian Shirley Brannon and her husband, William Lanier Morgan. Survivors include a son, David Morgan of Swainsboro; daughter, Susan Brown of Cedartown; brother, Kenson Brannon of Athens; 3 granddaughters and 2 great-granddaughters. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, February 20 at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeff Ross officiating. Interment was in the Northview Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jeff Johnson, Jeff Brannon, Rusty Cook, Justin Ridgeway, Ryan Osborn and Tom Hooks. The Lester C. Litesey Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
