Alice Bellamy, 95, went home to be with the Lord October 1, 1998 at Bath Manor after an extended illness.
Born in Devereux, Ga., she had lived in this community 70 years. She had been employed as a rubber worker for B. F. Goodrich Tire & Rubber Company, retiring in 1971 after 25 years of service. She was a member of St. Ashworth C.O.G.I.C.
She is survived by son, Henry (Alistine) Ingram of Copley, Ohio; special niece, Lucille (Sam) Gingles, whom she raised as a daughter, of Detroit, Mich.; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 6, 1998 at St. Ashworth Temple at 11:00 a.m. with Elder L. C. Elder officiating. Interment Greenlawn Cemetery.
