VAN GILDER- Mrs. Fern I. Van Gilder, aged 77, of Sand Lake, Passed away suddenly Wednesday. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Willis (Inez) Towns of Cedar Springs and Mrs. Nelson (Viola) Daggett of Wyoming; two sisters, Mrs. Frank Stevens of Sand Lake and Mrs. Jack Hage of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., one brother, Lyle Gill of Grand Rapids; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Van Gilder reposes at the Walsh-Bliss Funeral Home, Cedar Springs, where services will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Blake Grant officiating. Interment Sand Lake Cemetery.
