Judith Ann Higdon, 65, lovingly known to most as "Judy", passed away Saturday, January 30th, 2021. Family and friends will gather for visitation and sharing of memories, Thursday, February 4th, from 6PM to 8PM at Grace Funeral Home, 2401 Houston Hwy. in Victoria. The family will have a private service at a later date to place Judy with her mother at Port Lavaca City Cemetery.
Judy was born December 10, 1955 in New Gulf, Texas to the late Marvin Joseph and Bettie Joy Alexander Mikeska. Judy was very creative and enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting and working with her flowers in her garden. Judy married Roy Higdon, July 24th of 1982, they shared many wonderful years together before his passing in January of 2003. She kept her family close and enjoyed spending time with them. Judy was an avid Elvis Presley fan and could be found most any evening rewatching one of the old "Rocky" movies.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Bettie Mikeska; her step-father, Aubrey Bethke; her brother, Dennis Mikeska and her loving husband of over 21 years, Roy Higdon.
