Patricia Ann Hofmann, 42, of Charleston Nov. 18, 1998, at home of a suicide, Charleston police said.
She was president and owner of Hofmann Productions, Charleston, and a member of Grace Bible Church, Charleston.
Surviving: parents, Charles Carmen and Nina Amos Hofmann of Washington; brother, Steven Lee Hofmann of Marietta, Ga.; sister, Janice Sue Hofmann of Harpers Ferry; two nieces.
Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will be in Sunset Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
