Mrs. Emilie Grafenstein, 84, a resident of Morningside Nursing Home and widow of David, died at the nursing home on Thursday.
She was born in Russia Oct. 2, 1893, a daughter of Friedrich and Josephine Lotz.
On Dec. 25, 1912 she was married to Mr. Grafenstein. He preceded her in death in 1963.
The couple came to the United States in 1914, settling first in Illinois and moving to Sheboygan in 1917.
Mrs. Grafenstein was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, its Frauen Verein and Mission Society, and a charter member of the Volga Ladies Society.
Survivors are two sons, Clarence and Otto, both of Sheboygan; a daughter, Mrs. Emil (Eleanore) Reinhardt of Sheboygan; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
One son and a sister preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Nickel-Lippert Funeral Home. The Rev. Edwin C. Bek, pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
