Henry Nagel, 74, Dies is Fresno Hospital
Henry Nagel, 74, proprietor of a grocery store at 2399 Nicholas Avenue, died late Wednesday in a local hospital following a long illness. He was a native of Russia and had lived in Fresno twenty-four years.
Surviving him are his widow, Katie; two sons, Henry P. Nagel of Fresno and John Nagel of Russia; a brother, Nick Nagel of Nebraska, and four sisters in Colorado. There also are twelve grandchildren.
Rev. Paul Krumbein will conduct funeral services at 2 P.M. tomorrow in the Lutheran Cross Church. Services also are scheduled at 7 o'clock tonight in the chapel of the McVay Funeral Home.

Nagel of Fresno and John Nagel of Russia, brother of Nick Nagel of Nebraska and 4 sisters in Colorado, and 12 grandchildren also survive; native of Russia, aged 74 years. Funeral services will be held in the Lutheran Cross Church, corner of F and San Diego Street, Saturday, January 18th, at two o'clock. Rev. Paul Krumbein officiating. Interment Mountain View Cemetery. Services at the chapel this Friday evening at seven o'clock. McVay Funeral Home, 502 D Street.
