Florence Bieniek Krasniewski of the Polish Village, Toledo, oh passed away at her daughter's home in Sterling Heights, MI surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Theodore and Salomea (Kwiatkowski) Bieniek. Florence worked at Miss Lucille Catering as a server for over 25 years, retiring in 1985. She also worked at Champion Spark Plug in her earlier years and she was a homemaker. She was a parishioner at St. Adalbert Catholic Church for over 60 years. She attended grade school, was baptized, confirmed, and married at St. Hedwig Catholic Church. She enjoyed going to bingo at Yorkshire Hall and Jammin Hall and going to Las Vegas with her sisters and brothers. She also loved spending time at many area lakes. A devoted mother and grandmother, the joys of her life were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Michael) Calabro, sons and daughter in law, Kenneth (Marian) Krasniewski of Oak Harbor, OH and Robert and Jeffrey Krasniewski both of Toledo; sisters, Rose Kujda and Mary Jane Kubicki; brothers, Richard Bieniek, Jerome Bieniek and James (Pat) Bieniek; sister in law Mary Lou Krasniewski; grandchildren, Francis "Frank" (Jody) Rodkey, Casey (Kelly) Rodkey, Jessica Rodkey, Lindsey (Jacob) "Jake" Storrer and Joseph "Joey" Krasniewski; 14 great grandchildren and dear friend, Genevieve Scherur.
In addition to her parents, Florence was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph S. Krasniewski on November 15, 1995, sisters, Virginia Zientek and Louise Bieniek, brother, Daniel Bieniek, brothers in law, Louis Kujda, John Zientek and Norbert Kubicki and dear friend, Audrey Watkins.
Friends and Family may visit Tuesday from 2-8 p.m. in the Sujkowski Funeral Home Northpointe. where a Rosary will be led at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin Wednesday at 9:15 A.M. in the funeral home and continue with a funeral mass at St. Adalbert Church at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Richard Philiposki presiding.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful people of The Henry Ford Hospice for their care and support.
