Service for Lucile Marie McElroy is planned for 1 p.m. today at Sunset Chapel at Fairmount Memorial Park. Burial will be at Fairmount Memorial Park. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. McElroy, 76, died Saturday. She was born in Chico, California.
She worked as an optician in California for 15 years and retired in Spokane in 1978.
Her husband, Charles McElroy, died in 1988. Her survivors include one son, Charles McElroy Jr., of Cairo, Egypt; one daughter, Jari Heyen of Spokane; one sister, Irene Clark of Boring, Oregon; six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
