High mass of requiem for Joseph M. Stiller, 69, retired Oilwell employee, who died at 11:55 p.m. Saturday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Joseph Karg, of Seneca, will be sung at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Stephen Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Members of Seneca Volunteer Fire Department will meet at the fire hall at 7 p.m. today and go in a body to Reinsel Funeral Home to pay their respects to the deceased. Mrs. Stiller, after completing 46 years of service with Oilwell Supply, retired four years ago. He was born in Oil City, on February 15, 1889, a son of the late John and Pauline Stiller. Mr. Stiller was a fourth-degree member of Knights of Columbus and St. Stephen Church. He married the former Helena Browsky in April 1913, and she died in February 1940. He later married the former Jane Gallagher, who died in February 1958. Surviving are the following children, Mrs. W. A. (Ruth) Lee, of Oil City, Mrs. J. W. (Helen) Karg, of Seneca, Joseph E. Stiller, of Rocky Grove, and Frederick V. Stiller, of Seneca; seven grandchildren; and the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Mary Brown, Mrs. William (Julia) Tessmer, Leo B. Stiller and Benjamin J. Stiller, all of Oil City, and John P. Stiller, of Harrisburg. A son, Richard, died at the age of seven years, and a brother, August Stiller, died in 1945.
