Bethel J. Odey, age 89, passed away at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Stone Creek Assisted and Memory Care.
She was born August 20, 1931 in Bayard, Ohio to Leroy Edwin Becker and Faye Odella Miller Becker
A member of Maximo Zion Church, Bethel was a member of the Eagles, and former member of Washington Township Women's Club.
She will be deeply missed by her family, including her children, Gary (Darla) Odey, Sharon (Jon) Mattison, Jerry (Penny) Odey; daughter-in-law, Debbie Odey; eleven grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; siblings, Dorla Moore, Ronald Becker, and Carolyn Caskey; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Richard, whom she married October 15, 1951, and who died May 7, 2015; her son, Larry, and her brother, Donnie.
A private entombment will be held at Highland Memorial Park.
