Lifetime Lewis County resident David Gerald Mann, age 67, Centralia, passed away on Dec. 11, 2007 in Olympia.
Dave was born Jan. 20, 1940 in Minnesota to Henry and Bertha Mann.
He graduated from Winlock High School in 1958 and graduated from Central Washington. He married Jean Dipola and together they raised 4 children. He worked for Green Hill School for 20 years.
Dave was a member of the Lincoln Creek Grange and he loved fishing, clam digging and the outdoors. He loved spending time with his family and working in his Christmas trees.
Dave is preceded in death by his 2 sisters and 3 brothers. He is survived by his wife Jean at home in Centralia, daughter Denise Geist, Centralia; sons Dave Jr., Winlock; Dan, Spokane; Don, Centralia; brother Jim, Perham, MN; sisters Bernice Bell, Bellingham and Dianne Aldrich, Oakville; four grandsons and 2 great-grandsons and 1 great grand-daughter.
Services for Dave Mann will be Monday, Dec. 17, 2007 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Cattermole Funeral Home in Winlock. Burial will follow at the Winlock Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Cattermole Funeral Home, Winlock.
