She was born on December 31, 1918 in Greenup, Kentucky to the late Lewis and Verna (Music) Skeens.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Collins who passed in 1991. Along with her parents and husband preceding her are 7 brothers, Charles Edward, John (Wid); Walter (Chug); Henry Thomas; James; Joseph Warner, and 2 sisters, Amy and Carrie; 2 step-brothers; Carl and Paul and 1 half brother, Henry Kegley Jr.
She is survived by her children, Son and Daughter-in-law; Charles and Shirley Bowling of Troy, Ohio, daughter & son-in-law; Georgia and Paul Billups of Sidney, Ohio and Janet MacIntosh of Michigan. Also surviving are step-sisters, Mattie Sizemore and Jessie Bingham, both of Michigan, and a step-brother, Stanley (Connie) Kegley of Florida. Also many nieces and nephews survive. She has seven grandchildren, Wanda, David, LeAnna, Warner, Joni, Daryl and Ronald; eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
She retired from Dolly Toy in Tipp City, Ohio and from Blue Creek Ohio Schools.
The Rev. Dave Moran will be officiating the service with burial in Riverside Cemetery.
