John Machlein, 53, former resident of Oshkosh, passed away this morning at 1:25 o'clock of pneumonia at Winnebago.
He was born Nov. 19, 1893. in the German Volga district.
He had formerly been employed by the R. C. McMillen Company. -
Survivors are his -step-father, Casper Felda; three step-brothers, Henry, Fred and Peter Felda, all of Oshkosh.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Marquardt funeral home, with the Rev. Leo Oberleiter officiating. Friends may call to view the remains at the funeral home Saturday morning from 10 o'clock until the time of the services. Interment will take place at Riverside cemetery.
