Al Bean passed away December 1, 2021, after a two year long courageous battle with lung cancer. He passed at home in the presence of his loving family at the age of 72.
Al was born in Sellersville, PA on December 15, 1948, to Leroy and Rosemary Bean. He made his home in Oregon for the past 25+ years.
Al was a journeyman powerline tree trimmer. He greatly enjoyed his work and loved climbing the tall trees; he was a mentor to many over the years.
Al was an avid bowler. He loved music, especially ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd. His favorite songs included "They Call Me The Breeze" and "Simple Man."
His quick wit, his laughter and smile will be missed.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sheri Bean; daughter, Sandy (Garry) Hoff; sons, Tom Bean and Tim (Autumn) Bean; his four grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sisters, Mary (Walter) Lang and Kelly (Melissa) Bean-Nead; brothers, Farrel Bean and Lee Bean; nieces and nephews and many friends.
