BRAUNER--Final rites set here Monday for Henry Brauner
Funeral services for Henry Brauner, 78, of 3312 16th street, will be conducted by the Rev. H.M. Rathkamp at 10:30 a.m Monday in Trinity Lutheran church. Burial will be in Roselawn cemetery.
The body will lie in state after 1 p.m. Sunday at Gass Funeral Home; 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at church.
Mr. Brauner, a retired farmer, died unexpectedly Thursday at his home.
He was born Oct. 12, 1887 in Platte county, the son of Wendolin and Anna Jaurnick Brauner, and attended District 23 school.
He married Ella Muhle on Feb. 19, 1925 at St. Paul's Lutheran church, Leigh. They farmed near Leigh in the St. Paul area, retiring to Columbus in February, 1946.
Mr. Brauner is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Delores) Bachman and Mrs. Dale (Nadine) Bachman, both of Fremont; five grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Charles (Bertha) Helms of Denver.
Five brothers and three sisters preceded him in death.
Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran church, with which Mr. Brauner was associated.
