In Memoriam - Marian June Hendricks Alcaraz, age 84, of Preston, Nevada went home to be with her beloved Lord and Savior on Friday, March 4, 2022.
Born September 27, 1937 in Cadiz, Kentucky, she was the oldest of six children born to the late Elmo Hendricks and Myrtle Rhea Bridges Hendricks. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her two sons, Benny Jr. (in infancy) and Patrick Gabriel Alcaraz.
June was an active and devoted Mother, she coached and managed alongside her husband their daughters softball teams for years. She was an avid LA Dodger fan, enjoyed watching Wheel Of Fortune, cooking and loved visiting with her family and friends. But most of all she loved being "Grandma" to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Benigno Alcaraz; two daughters, Christie Noel Alcaraz Lane and Charlotte Alcaraz Boardman, both of Ely, Nevada. Her daughter-in-law Michaele Milroy Alcaraz; Grandchildren, Ryan Lane, Alexis Boardman, Andrew Boardman, Nicole Alcaraz (Charles) Harris. Great Grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter, Charlie Harris and Roper Preston Lane. Sisters, Jane Stallons, Peggy (Jerry) Futrell and Connie Hendricks. Brothers, W.C. Hendricks and Vernon ( Suellen) Hendricks and a number of nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Ranch in Anaheim, CA. Saturday March 26, 2022.
