MARJORIE JUDITH "JUDY" BERGENDAHL MARCH 27, 1937 - OCTOBER 4, 2001, 64, of Fremont died Thursday, October 4 in her home after an illness. Mrs. Bergendahl was a native of Bellingham, Washington. She lived in Fremont 40 years. Judy worked in customer service for the Argus Newspaper group for 25 years. She was predeceased by, Bergie Bergendahl, her loving husband of 46 years in December of last year. Her daughter, Marjorie Avila of Hayward, and her sons Charles, of Patterson; Stephen, of Fremont; Michael of Hayward; James, of Fremont; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, survive her. Though you cannot always see the bird singing, if you listen with your heart, you can always hear his song. Though the ones we love may leave life as we know it, in our memory, the love we knew will always carry on. October 27, 2001 at 1:00pm there will be a remembrance get-together at the home of Judy.
